This bungalow underwent a full renovation and reconfiguration, transforming a compact 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with small, enclosed rooms into a spacious and functional 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom residence.

The layout was completely reimagined to create an open-concept main floor, improving flow, natural light, and overall usability of the space. Ceiling heights were increased to enhance volume and bring a greater sense of openness throughout the home.

Key upgrades included a redesigned staircase, the addition of an upstairs laundry for everyday convenience, and a fully developed basement featuring an entertainment area and a sauna, creating a well-balanced environment for both living and relaxation.
